Overview:
Assists with planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of safety, environmental, and health measures and initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate and local department HSE requirements and expectations. Incumbents of this position are qualified professionals who may work independently but more typically as part of a team. Normally reports within a project. Provides guidance, advice, monitoring, and assistance to the organization with compliance to corporate safety and environmental and health requirements. Regular contact with department management including manager, division employees at all levels on HSE issues. Interfaces with other staff in related organizations such as Loss Prevention and Environmental organizations as needed with the guidance of EHSS Manager.
