OVERVIEW:

  • Aramco Americas Strategy & Affiliates Relations Group within Office of the President is accountable for oversight of service delivery and program management of transformational corporate initiatives.
  • The incumbent will be expected to have knowledge and proficiency in the skills of identifying strategic solutions to meet corporate objectives as a service provider and managing end-to-end customer relationship.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee program management of business improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction survey to ensure established KPIs are met.
  • Identify new collaboration or service delivery opportunities for Aramco Affiliates in Americas and drive coordination across different Departments to develop or amend service agreements as needed.  
  • Collaborate with Aramco Americas leadership team and their direct reports to deliver corporate objectives.
  • Develop management briefs or reports on behalf of Office of the President for Aramco Group executives.
  • Provide input to update company processes and procedures based on industry best practices, audit recommendations, or Aramco transformational programs.  
  • Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in business or technical field.
  • 5 to 10 years of working experience as a consultant or in a similar role with service-oriented mindset.
  • 5 to 15 years of working experience in energy industry across the value chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with strategic perspective and proficiency in program or project management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive-level interactions.
  • Able to work in person at an office environment located in downtown Houston, Texas

BUSINESS CONTACTS:

Regular contacts with ASC and its subsidiary organizations, Saudi Aramco executives and managers to discuss, advise and provide counsel on company business, operating and capital plans.  With fellow professionals to coordinate ongoing projects and to exchange information.  

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:

  • Operates standard office equipment, including but not limited to:  PC’s and related software applications, calculators, telephone, fax machine
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business periodicals, proposals and the ability to make oral presentations of materials as needed
  • Travels to meetings and seminars in offices and hotels in Houston, other locations in North America and in Saudi Arabia
  • The job is normally performed in an office environment that is air conditioned, well lighted, and meets building, safety, occupant health, and facility access codes.
