OVERVIEW:

Aramco Americas seeks a Recruiting Coordinator for its Staffing Services Division in Human Resources. This division is responsible for recruitment, advertising, exhibiting, onboarding, and relocating expatriates to Saudi Arabia to work for Saudi Aramco, a world leading energy company. Our team identifies top talent from North America, South America, and Canada.

The Recruiting Coordinator assists in the recruitment process by managing candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities for positions in the oil and gas industry. This position offers administrative and operational support to the International Recruitment team. It is responsible for onboarding expatriate candidates for employment with Saudi Aramco, ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  • Deliver administrative and clerical support for moderately complex tasks within the Staffing Services Department.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including phone, video, and final-round interviews, by liaising with applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Assist recruiters with in-person workshops, including assembling and reviewing candidate information packets.
  • Coordinate applicants travel arrangements in collaboration with the Travel Department.
  • Process candidate expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and status (e.g., SuccessFactors).
  • Prepare expatriate offer packages for recruiter and team lead review and extend offers to candidates.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Draft and manage professional email correspondence with applicants and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Partner with the International Relocation unit to support pre-onboarding and ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to relocation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of candidate personal information.
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards, including industry-specific platforms.
  • Attend job fairs and industry events to support recruitment efforts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent, preference for associate’s degree or specialized coursework. Strong preference for bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or human resources, with administrative responsibilities, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and HR/recruiting terminology and systems.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and high-volume scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook or similar calendar management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
