Overview
The Aramco Americas Law Department provides legal advice across a range of legal specialties, and in consideration of the Company’s diverse operations in oil, gas, chemicals, and renewables. We value our close working relationship with our business partners to provide tailored, practical, and actionable advice to support Aramco Americas’ operational goals.

Principal Responsibilities:  
Law interns will work closely with and under the oversight of Aramco Americas attorneys on a variety of tasks. The successful candidate will be engaged, self-motivated, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, will exercise ownership of their assignments, and will meet tight and evolving deadlines.

Typical intern activities may include the following:

  • Review and analyze contracts, service agreements and other legal documents.
  • Conduct detailed legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates impacting Aramco Americas’ operations.
  • Draft summary memoranda, internal briefs, and professional e-mails for assigning attorneys.
  • Generate spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to summarize complex legal analysis.
  • Other tasks and projects assigned by members of Aramco Americas Law.

The internship is expected to last for 12 weeks, beginning on May 26th, 2026. This position is based at the Aramco Americas office in downtown Houston, Texas and follows an onsite work schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Applicants must be either a rising 1L or rising 2L (or equivalent) at an ABA-accredited law school by the start of the internship, and be enrolled in law school at least part-time.
  • Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined.
  • Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and comply with applicable work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette.
